Our Privacy Policy explains how we and some of the companies we work with collect, use, share, and protect information in relation to our services, web site, and any information provided from or in connection with Data Driven Funds (“DDF”, “we”, “us” or “our”) services (collectively, the “Service” or “Site”), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.
Our Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service (“Users”, “you” or “your”).
Please read this entire Policy carefully before using this Service or providing us with any information. When you use this Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Policy. By providing personal information to Us, all Users fully understand and consent to the collection, use and processing of such information by DDF, it’s partners, affiliates, or third parties as set forth herein. Users are welcome to browse our Site; however, in order to participate in some of our services, Users may be required to provide personally identifiable information. When personally identifiable information is collected, it is subject to the terms of this Policy. Information provided by Users may be transmitted to other third parties.

Analytics information:
We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. As you browse DDF’s website, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. Our display advertising then enables us to present you with retargeting advertising on other sites based on your previous interaction with DDF’s Website. The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number.

Log file information:
Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you make a request to access (i.e., visit) a web page or app. It can also be provided when the content of the webpage or app is downloaded to your browser or device.
When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information, including your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information. Metadata:
Metadata is usually technical data that is associated with User Content. For example, Metadata can describe how, when and by whom a piece of User Content was collected and how that content is formatted.
2. HOW WE USE AND SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
By submitting a form on this Site, you may receive telemarketing calls, text messages or email marketing from DDF and DDF’s marketing partners. If you provide your express consent to receive calls or text messages from DDF and DDF’s marketing partners, you may receive telemarketing calls or text messages at the phone number provided at the time of submission. DDF and DDF’s marketing partners may use the User Information for any legally permissible purpose in DDF and DDF’s marketing partner’s sole discretion. This privacy policy describes how the DDF currently uses the User Information, but DDF may change or broaden its use at any time. As noted below, DDF may update this policy from time to time. DDF and DDF’s marketing partners make use of User Information for telemarketing, direct mail marketing, email advertising, targeted online banner advertising and package stuffers, among other possible uses.
We will share information provided by Users (whether or not personally identifiable) with certain third parties in our network so that they can contact you with information about the services in which you have expressed interest. You have the option not to have your information shared with third parties by not requesting these services. We may also share information about Users (whether or not personally identifiable) with third parties so that we can offer you a broader range of services and information to meet your needs. DDF and DDF’s marketing partners may use User Information to provide email marketing materials to users. DDF and DDF’s marketing partners may maintain separate email lists for different purposes. If email recipients wish to end their email subscription from a particular list, they need to follow the instructions at the end of each email message to unsubscribe from the particular list.
What happens in the event of a change of control:
If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of DDF or our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), your personal information, and any other information collected through the Service may be among the items sold or transferred.
Responding to legal requests and preventing harm:

4. YOUR CHOICES ABOUT YOUR INFORMATION
Your account information and profile/privacy settings:
Unsubscribe from email communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications. Alternatively, you may unsubscribe by emailing DDF at info@datadrivendatabase.mystagingwebsite.com and include the phrase, “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. As noted above, you may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g. Changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).

Opt out of Sharing:
This Policy describes DDF’s uses of your information. Data Changes:

How long we keep your User Content:

5. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
